Good quality fruits and vegetables are so hard to get your hands on these days and if you are lucky enough to find these you end up paying a fortune for them.
There have been so many times that I spent a fortune on my weekly fruit and vegetables and they look great in the shop, but after getting them home, within a day or two I have had to throw out half of them because they were rotten. Has this ever happened to you?
After being very unimpressed with my fruit & vegetable buy one week, I remember thinking 'If only I could grow vegetables myself I would save a fortune and know that what I would be eating would be as fresh and healthy as I could get it.'
I had never been an avid gardener and I didn't have a huge backyard but it really got me thinking about starting a vegetable garden and to learn how to grow vegetables. I had absolutely no idea how to plant a vegetable garden let alone grow vegetables but the more I thought about it the more it made sense. The thought about fresh garden vegetables and fruit for practically nothing that would be healthy, fresh and delicious made up my mind.
Starting a vegetable garden was the best descision I made. Once I had learnt all about how to plant and look after my garden vegetables and fruit, it wasn't long before I was eating my home grown vegetables. The first time I ate something out of my home vegetable garden it was so exciting! I just couldn't believe I had grown these vegetables myself. They just tasted so much better, they cost me practically nothing to grow, and I had these just out the back whenever I needed them.
For many people, the home vegetable garden is a hobby and for many others like myself, it now represents a great money-saving helper, especially in these days of high prices.
Whether or not you have had much experience in a garden or any experience at all growing vegetables (I had no experience to begin with) all you need is a practical and easy to follow guide to get you on your way to your very own home grown vegetables & fruit that taste delicious, cost practically nothing to grow and are as fresh as you can get.
